Simply Salad with Homemade Ginger Dressing

Let's talk about the salad menu serving with delicious dressing. The salad will taste good or not is depend on how the dressing taste like. If the dressing taste good then the salad will taste perfect on the table. This ginger dressing can go well any type of salad vegetable you would like to try on and I will tell you this dressing is really easy to make one time and last for entire week with light appetizers like salad. Now, let's get busy inside the kitchen!




This side dish is really easy to prepare and this is great choice if you would love to loss some weight by having this menu for dinner before 7pm for 7 days, I am sure this menu will help you see some less number on your scale within a week.



Menu Ingredients Serving for 4



Vegetables for Salad Ingredients

  • 1 Romain Vegetable

  • 2 Fresh Carrot Sliced

  • 1 Red Onion Sliced

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper

  • Pinch of White/Black Sesame Seed (Optional)


You can change the salad vegetables to the type you like or mix and match with other type of other vegetables. If you making for yourself then reduce the amount of portion or add more portion if you making for a big party of guests.


 

Dressing Menu Ingredients Will Get 1 Pint Container


Ginger Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Carrot, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup of Onion, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup of Celery, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup of Rice Vinegar

  • 1/3 cup of Canola Oil

  • 3 tablespoons of Fresh Grated Ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of Granulated Sugar/Honey

  • 1-2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce

  • 1 small Garlic Clove


Ginger Dressing Preparation

Put all ingredients into the blender and blends until everything corporates then transfer to an airtight container or serving in a dressing mug or pour over the green salad bowl.


The dressing can stay fresh for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.



This dressing has very concentrate flavor. So make sure to put the right amount over the salad as your flavor desire and enjoy the meal.
