Coconut Bliss Balls

I usually called them my energy balls that I would have them on hand in the morning while I am dropping off my kids at school. We live quite a bit travel from my kid's school and I would have less time to have breakfast but this coconut bliss balls help my stomach fill with full of nutrients.



This Coconut Bliss Balls is Gluten Free, Sugar Free, and Vegan. Everyone can have these bliss balls that full of nutrients, protein, vitamins, calcium, iron, and filled stomach anytime and anywhere you want.


For this recipe, I choose to use organic ingredients and it it very important to use cold pressed for coconut oil because it has to be dense coconut oil to make the bliss balls come out the right texture. Even though there is no sugar in this bliss balls but they have sweet flavor from Medjool Date. Medjool Date has natural sweetness and it has many good health benefits. As you know that almond and cashew nuts are full of proteins, mineral, and vitamins. All spices giving some sweet and bitter flavors to the bliss balls.



Menu Ingredients Make 25 Bliss Balls



Coconut Bliss Balls Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Raw Almond

  • 1/4 cup of Cashew Nuts

  • 1/2 cup of Organic Cold Press Coconut Oil

  • 4 Medjool Dates

  • 1/4 cup of Hemp Heart

  • 1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cardamom

  • 1/4 teaspoon of Ground Ginger

  • 1/8 teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract

  • Shredded Coconut


Coconut Bliss Balls Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything corporate and look like a thick dough.

  2. Transfer the dough onto a flat plate then weight each balls for 15 grams each and rolling each balls until all finish the dough. (If you don't have a scale then no worry and estimate the ball about 1 inch balls.

  3. Then finishing up with coaching with shredded coconut before serve.

  4. Transfer bliss balls to paper zip log bag or airtight glass container will last at room temperature for a week.
